Pinterest Releases New Design
Pinterest, which announced at the beginning of 2013 that it aims to offer a more user-friendly service with its new design, has launched its new interface. Yesterday, with an announcement on its official blog, Pinterest made its new interface available to all members, working to help visitors notice visuals more quickly in the new interface.
Pinterest New Design 2013
The most noticeable feature in the new interface is the increase in the size of the visuals. This has been done to help visitors discover them more quickly. The design does not require the user to have additional information because it carries the same functionalities as the 2012 Pinterest interface in terms of usability.
The new design uses more simplistic and visually appealing categorizations. While the core of Pinterest remains unchanged, the part that has undergone the most transformation is the detail view. In the detail pages, the ability to re-pin visuals that were previously pinned has been added. The new web interface is expected to be viewable on mobile devices such as iOS or Android soon.
